Membership

Membership is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.

Membership is free for all residents within a 40km radius of the Hotel location. Otherwise an annual fee of $30 applies.

A person may apply to become a member by completing a Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel membership application form.

Membership is granted and maintained at the discretion of Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel
-
Members will be bound by these terms and conditions.

A member must notify Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel of:
-
any change of address
-
any change of contact details
-
a lost or stolen card
-

Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member:

fails to comply with the Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel’s Code of Conduct
-
fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions
-
abuses any privilege accorded to the member
-
supplies any misleading information or make any misrepresentations to Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel staff or management

gives their card to another person to use
-
does not use his or her membership card for a period of 12 months

A member may terminate their membership with Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel at any time by returning their card to the hotel and advising staff.

A member’s details will be removed from the Hotel’s database 12 months after termination.

Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain the property of Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel and must be returned to the hotel management if a person ceases to be a member.

Any tax, liability, or duty arising from a member’s participation in the Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel membership program is the responsibility of the member.

Benefits of membership will be displayed on Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel’s website. www.moruyawaterfront.com.au

Benefits will change from time to time.

A member must present their membership card to Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel staff before their purchase is concluded. Failure to present the card will result in no benefit being received by the member.
Birthday benefits
Members will receive $25 credit loaded to their member card on the 1st day of their Birthday month.

Not valid with any other promotion / discount (ie 2 for 1 vouchers, happy hours etc)

Not valid for use on days deemed to be a special event (ie Melbourne Cup).

Only valid for use within Birthday month.

$25 credit is only valid in a single transaction. Any unused credit is void.

$25 credit is available on food purchases only.

Customers responsibility to ensure birthday details are correct in membership. We take no responsibility if details are incorrect.

You must have signed up as a Moruya Waterfront member on the last day of the month prior to your Birthday month to claim the birthday benefits.

Members must show a form of identification with their date of birth on it in order to redeem their birthday benefits. (Drivers license & Passport accepted).

General

By becoming a member, members consent to receive promotional information will receive such information via email or SMS text, or both

Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel may make any changes at any time without prior notice to members to these Terms and Conditions. Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.

Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership program at any time without prior notice. Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the program on any account whatsoever.

Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel assumes no liability to a member whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise

A notice shall be deemed to be given by Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel to a member if it is sent to the postal, mobile or e-mail address of the member appearing in the member database.
Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be construed according to and be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) no be in default under these Terms of Use for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these terms of use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented including, acts of God, acts of nature, acts of governments or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, floods, storms, rights, power shortage or failure, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage (force majeure event).
